The following comments are for SUB10 -77, Piedmont Manor BLA (the recombination of 4 lots into 1 lot).
The comments are very minor, so you can make the changes and just resubmit them on your signature copies for County
signature.
1. [14- 303.0] Please add name and title to the signature block, of the person authorized to sign for Piedmont
Manor.
2. GIS indicates the location of buildings very close to the property line (TMPs 35 -19C1 and 19C). Please verify
there are no buildings within 50' of the property line, or show them on the plat.
