Marotta, Senior Planner Re: SUB2010 -60 Pavilions at Pantops, Phase 3- Final Plat The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development will approve the proposed plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code. [ 14- 302.A.2,3] Private /Public Easements. COMMENT: To whom is the access easements that are proposed to be vacated, dedicated? The holder of the easement is required to authorize the vacation of the easement and sign the plat. UPDATE: Who holds the easement? It does not matter so much that Pavilions granted the easement, as who owns the easement now? The holder of the easement must grant their permission for the easement to be vacated. 2. Engineering approval is required prior to final plat approval. a. Road Bond Request Form and fees are required. Road bond must be posted and approved prior to final site plan approval. 3. [302.B.1] Number of sheets. COMMENT: The total number of sheets is 11, not 5. Please revise so that each sheet is "of 11 ". 4. [302.B.1] Date of plat. COMMENT: This plat has been revised since its first submittal and the 3- 17-10 version of the plat is not approvable.
