A. Final site plan (SDP201000046)
1. .'lease provide the application number of the previously approved site plan that this plan is
amending.

2. All proposed slopes steeper than 3:1 must have low maintenance (not grass) ground cover
specified on the plan.

3. All entrances must have VDOT designations (PE -1, CG -9a, etc.)

B. Stormwater Management Plan (WP0201000034).
6. Please provide a completed copy of the standard stormwater maintenance agreement and fee for
recordation for any stormwater management facilities.

8. Please replace the sidewalk turn -down with a CG -2 and shift 6" out to allow the minimum 5'

11. It appears that the some of the runoff in post - development is now flowing to a SWM facility. The
run -off from DA #2 must be captured for stormwater management treatment.

12. With the added impervious from DA #2, please revise the size for the biofilter. If the facility is to
treat 50% removal rate, then the first 0.5" of runoff is to be treated. Please size the biofilter using
the 2.5% of the total impervious area. In addition:
- Please provide 2.5' of sand /soil media.
- The floor of the biofilter must be flat (0% slope)
- Please provide 1' — 1.5' of stone drain in geotech fabric under media, with 6" perforated
pipe to daylight.
- Please provide 1' ponding depth.
Please refer to the SWMH Section 3.11A and 5 -6.1 and the Design Standards Manual for specs.

C. Erosion Control Plan (WPO201000034)

The Erosion & Sediment Control and Stormwater Management Plans (WPO201000024)
submitted 20 July 2010 have received Engineering Review and meet Albemarle County minimum
checklist items for approval. Please submit 5 paper copies of the Plan to Current Development
Engineering.
The E &SC bond amount is $13,600. The SWM bond amount is $17,700. The forms and
instructions to post the Water Protection Ordinance Bond can be found on the Community
Development Department Web site on www.albemarle.oig.
A completed copy of the Standard Stormwater Maintenance Agreement and fee for recordation for
the stormwater facilities is required prior to final approval. [17-304E] The forms and instructions

3246 for further information on bonding procedures and Maintenance Agreements.
Once the E &SC bond and the SWM bond have been posted, you may contact the Department of
Community Development to arrange a pre - construction meeting with a County Erosion &
Sediment Control Inspector. Should the County Inspector find the limits of disturbance increased
or the need for additional control measures required to protect the site, additional fees will be
required.
