Ms. Ragsdale,
The total square footage is 1,053. Approximately 2 /3rds of that will be the retail sales
area. There are no wet processing or darkroom facilities. All photographic printing is
either dye sublimation or inkjet. Signage consists of the standard signs the shopping center
requires on the front of the building over each storefront. That is the only exterior
