Fax 434 - 972 -4126 The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or recommend approval of the boundary line adjustment plat referred to above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14- 302(A)9] Building sites on proposed lots. The location, area and dimensions of a building site on each proposed lot complying with the requirements of section 4.2 of the zoning ordinance. The plat shall also contain the following note: "Parcel [letter or number] and the residue of Tax Map/Parcel [numbers] each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." Please add a note to the plat stating that the new parcel/lot created by the vacation of the existing property line contains a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. 2. [14- 302(B)5] Zoning classification. The zoning classification of the property, including all applicable zoning overlay districts, proffers, special use permits and variances. The property is zoned PD -MC and not PD -MA as indicated on the plat. Please revise. Additionally, please list special use permit and Zoning Map Amendment numbers that relate to the proposed property on the plat e.g. ZMA- 2000 -0009 and SP- 2002 -072 3. [14- 302(B)5] Dimension standards and information on all lots, streets, alleys, easements, and shared driveways. Please indicate on the plat dimension(s) for U.S. Route 29 North.
