W PO- 2010- 00016)
Good evening,
County Engineering has reviewed the last revision to the site, SWM, and ESC plans for the Airport Phase 113 project (SDP -
2010 -00020 and WPO- 2010 - 00016), received 2 August 2010 with .pdf supplements sent 13 August 2010. All outstanding
comments for these plans have been addressed by the applicant except for the recordation of the Stormwater Facility
Maintenance Agreement. The ESC and SWM plans are approved on the condition that this document is recorded prior
to issuance of the grading permit. Engineering review has no objection to the approval of the site plan.
The applicant will need to provide engineering review with 4 copies of the ESC plan (Sheets 1, 3, 5 -7, 10 -18, 23 -34, 36,
40 -41, 44 -62, and all drainage maps) and 1 copy of the SWM plan (Sheets 1, 3, 6, 14 -17, 25 -26, 28, 34, 36, 44, 46, D1,
and D3A). Please submit 4 copies (or more if you want more than 1 county- signed set) of the site plan (all sheets
submitted in the June revision) to Summer Frederick.
The ESC bond has been computed to be $435,100. Since no modification to the SWM plan was necessary, the
previously computed SWM bond of $283,000 is still valid. Please contact Ana Kilmer at 296 -5832 x3246 to post the
bonds.
Once the Stormwater Facility maintenance agreement is recorded, the site plan signed by the county, the ESC and SWM
bonds posted, and the first year permit and inspection fee (per #22, the fee is $10,300) paid, please contact Kenny
Thacker (0390) or Ray Lilly (x3287) at 296 -5832 to schedule a pre- construction meeting.
