Marotta, Senior Planner Re: SUB2010 -100 Mark Lyons, BLA The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development will recommend approval of the proposed easement plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code. 1. [Sec. 14- 302B3 -4; 14 -400] Existing or platted streets, private easements, minimum lot requirements. COMMENT: This boundary line adjustment and approved private street easement extinguishment results in TMP 58 -3C2 losing its required frontage; to approve this BLA all lots must have required frontage. 2. [Sec. 14 -3030] Signature panels. COMMENT: Please provide name and title of person authorized to sign on behalf of Corporate Living, LLC. 3. [Sec. 14 -309, 310] Health Department director approval. COMMENT: Provide evidence of Health Department drainfield approval, so as to show that the boundary line adjustment does not result in the residue of TMP 58 -3C (the existing residence) being without an approved drainfield.
