This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and listed above, will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will require a new application and additional review. PLEASE NOTE: A CHECKED BOX MEANS THESE CONDITIONS APPLY TO YOUR SIGN APPROVAL ® This approval does not include any window signs. If window signs are proposed, a separate application must be made, reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board. ® The east (back) elevation of the building is not visible from Route 29 North; consequently the green and white Kelly sign proposed for that location does not require ARB review /approval. ® The freestanding sign located east of the building is not visible from Route 29 North; consequently, the Kelly tenant panel for that sign does not require ARB review /approval.
