Therefore, it is not necessary to count the 696 sq. ft. in the "proposed building" limit of 6,200 sq. ft. Of course the shed area would be considered in the general accord with the application plan. The "building" itself is 6,128 sf, but there is a proposed shed attached to the building that is another 696 sf. I need to know if the shed is considered part of the building for the purposes of meeting the condition, which limits it to 6200 sf, or whether the shed does not count towards the maximum sf.
