The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or recommend approval of
the boundary line adjustment plat above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [14- 302(A) 2] Vicinity map. A map at a scale of one (1) inch equal to two thousand (2,000) feet showing the
property and its relationship with adjoining land and streets, its relationship with landmarks in the area and,
if the subdivision is a phased subdivision, all other phases of the subdivision for which a final plat has been
approved, in detail adequate to describe the location of the property without field review. Please add a scale
to the vicinity map. The vicinity map must be dimensioned to a scale of one (1) inch equal to two
thousand (2,000) feet
2. [14- 303.G] Ownership of common areas. Please add to the plat the intended ownership of all common areas.
Per my discussion with Mr. Ledbetter, please add to the plat a running total of all common area(s) in
Glenmore that are to be conveyed to the Glenmore Home Owners Association (HOA), in addition to what
has already been conveyed to the Glenmore HOA. The running total must include the common area shown
on this application.
