Subject: SUB - 2010 -122- Old Trail Block 3B- Revised Lot 1- Final Plat
The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
1. [Code of Development] Lot frontage. The green mall must be approved to provide
frontage for the residue. This plat cannot be signed until the variation for the green mall
is approved.
2. [Code of Development; 14 -403] Lot frontage. Show the green mall for the residue, as this
is the frontage required.
3. [14 -303 (S)] Control Points. Show at least four (4) control points, evenly distributed
across the property located at survey property corners.
4. [14 -400] Minimum lot requirements. The rear setback for the townhouses is fifteen (15)
feet, not ten (10) feet as shown. Revise to show the 15 foot setback.
