I have no objections to the proposed rezoning. Please consider appropriate conditions for the special use permit allowing a non- residential use in a residential district. These might include maximum building size and the like. Delineate critical slopes on the concept plan. If a critical slopes waiver is necessary, staff recommends that it be addressed at this time. 2. The applicant should directly address parking with notes on the plan. If the office parking standard will not be followed, please provide a brief parking study to address the number of employees and number of customers expected to be onsite at any one time. 3. Appropriate screening (Section 32.7.9.8) should be provided to screen the parking from adjoining residential properties. 4. Consider whether sidewalks or other pedestrian connections should be provided.
