Please find review comments included in this letter. Although we normally take resubmissions on a specific schedule, since there is only one change needed on your sketch plan (the parking change mentioned below), you can resubmit as soon as you're able to make that change. I'll be happy to discuss it with you over the phone. You will see that the Zoning and Current Development reviewers mention the possibility of needing a new or improved entrance. However, since the Virginia Department of Transportation has not requested such changes, they will not be necessary. COMMENTS Planning (Scott Clark) • No additional concerns Zoning (Francis MacCall) • Please see attached memo Current Development — Planning (Bill Fritz) • A site plan will be required if entrance improvements are proposed or required. (It does SP2010 -30 Oakleigh House Page 2 November 4, 2010 not appear that additional parking is required. If additional parking is required a site plan would be required.) I have no other comments for this application. Virginia Doartment of Health Department of Health comments will be provided as soon as they are available. However, we recommend that you contact Josh Kirtley at the Charlottesville office of the Department of Health as soon as possible, so that you can describe your proposed operations to him and get his advice on how to proceed with planning for water - supply and septic issues. Any eventual approval would very likely include a condition requiring Health Department approval of the water supply and septic system, as well as possibly approval of kitchen facilities or operations. However, these approvals need not be completed before the Board of Supervisor votes on this application—we just need to be sure that the facilities that the Health Department would require are possible on the site.
