Marotta, Senior Planner Re: SUB2010 -124 South Plains Church- Final The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development will approve the proposed plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code. [ 14 -303L, 316] Public utility, drainage, and sight distance easements. Approval of entrance on public streets. COMMENT: VDOT approval of entrance is required. A copy has been forwarded to them for their review. 2. [14 -309, 310, 416] Soil evaluations; Health Director approval; individual private wells and septic systems. COMMENT: Health department approval is required prior to final plat approval. Please submit 3 sets of soils work, or evidence of previous approval. 3. Additional comment: [14 -404] Single point of access. COMMENT: A waiver of this section is not required; please see previous 14 -404 waiver granted under SUB 10 -59.
