(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Code of Albemarle.] 1. [32.5.6a] Sheet 2: The Tax Map and parcel should also include 45 -112G1 since there improvements with this plan happening on that parcel and was originally part of the final site plan that this plan is amending. Rev: comment addressed. 2. [32.5.6a] Note the Zoning as follows: Cl (COMMERCIAL) PER ZMA- 1994 -024. Rev: comment addressed. 3. [4.12 & 32.6.6g] Sheet 6: The tabulation of parking is confusing and the numbers are incorrect. Just note that there are 115 (111 regular and 4 HC) existing spaces and that there are 81 (69 regular, 7 parallel, and 5 HC) new spaces proposed for a total of 196 provided Rev: comment addressed. 4. [4.12 & 32.6.6g] Sheet 6: The new parking below building 1 near the loading space to the south notes that there are 5 spaces when there are 7 shown Rev: comment addressed. Sheet 6: Trip Generation Table "Weekday PM Peak Hour" notes 84% Existing instead of Exiting. Rev: comment addressed. 6. [32.7.2.5] Provide for an internal travelway connection or connections to TMP 45 -112 to the north. Rev: comment addressed. Additional Comments based upon plan submitted 9/23/10: 1. [32.5.6a] Show the revision date(s) on all sheets. 2. [32.5.6a] Move the signature panel from Sheet 02 to the cover sheet. 3. [32.5.6b] Make sure that the rezoning line shown matches the same line being shown on the rezoning plan. It appears that they do not match. 4. [32.5.6b] On Sheet 02 the parking references Sheet 05, when the parking calcs are on Sheet 06. Revise to reference the correct sheet. 5. [32.7.9] Shade back the existing landscaping or make the proposed landscaping more bold. It is confusing to decipher which is proposed and which is existing. 6. [32.7.9.8] The proposed dumpster needs to be screened in accordance with this section. If only vegetative screening is being provided, then there needs to be a double staggered row of evergreen trees fifteen feet on center or shrubs at ten feet on center.
