For that reason, please let this email serve as formal comments for SUB10 -126. - Please revise callout in the main area of the plat on sheet 2 for new private street to match that in the detail and maintenance agreement: "New 40' and Variable Width Private Street Easement." This is not required to be changed on the plat, but the plat should match the maintenance agreement; when reading the maintenance agreement and looking over at the plat, it would be nice if the callout in the main section of the plat matched the language of the agreement. - VDOT approval. Please coordinate /work with VDOT to show evidence of approved proposed entrance and sight distance easement. - Health Department approval is required. Soils work was sent to the HD 10/12/10. - Approval of the Maintenance Agreement. The draft is in my office and under review. I will correspond with you under separate cover for that item. - Provide control points. This may be done on a separate exhibit (pdf via email is fine.)
