BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Messrs. James R. Butler, Gerald E. Fisher, F. Anthony Iachetta, C. Timothy Lindstrom and Miss Ellen V. Nash. BOARD MEMBER ABSENT: Mr. J. T. Henley, Jr. OFFICER PRESENT: Mr. Guy B. Agnor, County Executive. The meeting was called to order at 3:13 P.M. by the Chairman, Mr. Fisher. Motion was immediately offered by Dr. Iachetta, seconded by Mr. Lindstrom, to adjourn into executive session to discuss legal matters.. Roll was called and the motion carried by the following recorded vote: AYES: Messrs. Butler, Fisher, Iachetta, Lindstrom and Miss Nash. NAYS: None. ABSENT: Mr. Henley. At 5:50 P.M., the Board reconvened back into open session. Motion was then offered by Dr. Iachetta, seconded by Mr. Lindstrom, to adjourn to 4:00 P.M., on December 21, 1981, in Meeting Room 11 of the County Office Building. Roll was called and the motion carried by the following recorded vote: AYES: NAYS: None. ABSENT: Mr. Henley. Messrs. Butler, Fisher, Iachetta, Lindstrom and Miss Nash. Chairman December 21, 1981 (Afternoon Meeting--adjourned from December 17, 1981.) At 5:40 P.M., the Board reconvened back into open session. Motion was then offered by Mr. Lindstrom, seconded by Dr. Iachetta, to adjourn to 1:30 P.M., on December 22, 1981, in Meeting Room 5 of the County Office Building. Roll was called and the motion carried by the following recorded vote: AYES: NAYS: Messrs. Butler, Fisher, Henley, Iachetta, Lindstrom and Miss Nash. None. An adjourned meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County, Virginia, was held on December 22, 1981, at 1:30 P.M., in Meeting Room 5, Second Floor, County Office Building, Charlottesville, Virginia; said meeting being adjourned from December 21, 1981. Motion was immediately offered by Miss Nash, seconded by Dr. Iachetta, to adjourn into executive session to discuss legal matters. Roll was called and the motion carried by the folloWing recorded vote: AYES: NAYS: ABSENT: Messrs. Butler, Fisher, Iachetta, Lindstrom and Miss Nash. None. Mr. Henley. December 22, 1981 (Afternoon Meeting-- Adjourned from December 21, 1981) At 3:45 P.M., the Board reconvened back into open session. Motion was offered by Miss Nash, seconded by Mr. Butler, to appoint Mr. C. Timothy Lindstrom to the Revenue Sharing Annexation Committee to replace Dr. Iachetta whose term with the Board of Super- visors expires the last day of December, 1981. Roll was called and the motion carried by the following recorded vote: AYES: Messrs. Butler, Fisher, Iachetta and Miss Nash. NAYS: None. ABSENT: Mr. Henley. ABSTAIN: Mr. Lindstrom. At 3:50 P.M., motion was offered by Dr..Iachetta, seconded by Mr. Lindstrom, to adjourn to January 5, 1982, at 3:30 P.M., in Meeting Room 11, County Office Building. Roll was called and the motion carried by the following recorded vote: AYES: Messrs. Butler, Fisher, Iachetta, Lindstrom and Miss Nash. NAYS: None. ABSENT: Mr. Henley.
