Dear Mr. Brunk,
I have reviewed the above referenced plat. With the following modifications this plat may be approved:
(Each comment is followed by the applicable section reference from Chapter 14 of the Code of
Albemarle.)
1. Provide a vicinity map at a scale of 1" =2000' [302(A)2]
2. Note that the zoning of the property is R -2, Residential [302(B)5]
3. Provide the following statement on the plat "The relocation of the drainage easement described
herein is with the free consent and in accordance with the desire of the undersigned owners,
proprietors and trustees. Any reference to future potential development is to be deemed as
theoretical only. All statements affixed to this plat are true correct to the best of my knowledge."

5. Provide a signature line under which appears "Approved for recordation by the Agent ". [303(o)]
