[Sec. 14- 302(A)3] All relevant existing and /or platted streets must be shown on plat. 2. [Sec. 14- 302(A)4, Sec. 14- 302(A)5] Please provide appropriate deed book and page number information for any public and private easements. 3. [Sec. 14- 302(A)9] Please provide appropriate required note regarding building site. 4. [Sec. 14- 302(8)10] Existing streams and stream buffers must be shown on plat, and required relevant language regarding stream buffers must be included on plat. 5. [Sec. 14- 303(1)] Please provide required bearing and distance ties. 6. [Sec. 14- 302(B)L] Please provide relevant information regarding all public utility, drainage and /or sight distance easements attached to parcels. 7. [Sec. 14- 303(0)] Owners' names must be typed under signature lines.
