(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14- 302(A)(10)] Right offurther division ofproposed lots. Provide the correct information for the development rights. The property combined only has one development right and cannot be further divided. 2. [14- 302(B)(5)] Zoning classification. Provide the zoning classification of the properties, RA -Rural Areas, on the plat. 3. [14- 303(0)] Signature panels. Revise the County signature panel to read "Agent for the Board of Supervisors."
