The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14 -316] Approval of entrance onto public streets. Provide a letter or email stating
that VDOT approves the new location of the entrance.
2. [14 -317] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. Provide a
new /revised maintenance agreement that references the most recent plat and
information.
3. [ 14 -412 (A)(1)] Standards for private streets; Streets serving two lots. Provide the
information to show that the private street meets the requirements in this
subsection for the engineer to review and approve.
4. [ 14 -404] Lot access. Provide information to ensure that the existing entrance is
closed, where the existing easement is located. This can be done with pictures.
