(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14 -316] Approval of entrance onto public streets. Provide a letter or email stating that VDOT approves the new location of the entrance. 2. [14 -317] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. Provide a new /revised maintenance agreement that references the most recent plat and information. 3. [ 14 -412 (A)(1)] Standards for private streets; Streets serving two lots. Provide the information to show that the private street meets the requirements in this subsection for the engineer to review and approve. 4. [ 14 -404] Lot access. Provide information to ensure that the existing entrance is closed, where the existing easement is located. This can be done with pictures.
