SUB 2010 -154 The Preserve at Glenmore Preliminary Plat
The Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development will
recommend approval of the proposed final plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or
conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference to the Albemarle County Code.
1. [Sec. 14- 303.(B)1]. General Information. The date of drawing, including the date of the last revision, the
number of sheets, the north point, and the scale. If true north is used, the method of determination shall be
shown. Please add a North Point on sheet 2 of 2.
2. [Sec. 14- 309,310, 416] Soils work. COMMENT: Health Department approval is required prior to final
plat approval. Please submit three (3) sets of soils work for each of the 4 parcels (less than 21 acres).
3. [Sec. 14 -317] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. COMMENT: A road
maintenance agreement to be approved by the County Attorney and signed by the owner(s) for the
maintenance of Carroll Creek Road (Private Street) needs to be submitted. If there is an existing document
that shows the maintenance of Carroll Creek Road, please submit the document.
