[ 14-3 02(A)2] Vicinity map. A map at a scale of one (1) inch equal to two thousand (2,000) feet showing the property and its relationship with adjoining land and streets, its relationship with landmarks in the area and, if the subdivision is a phased subdivision, all other phases of the subdivision for which a final plat has been approved, in detail adequate to describe the location of the property without field review. 2. [ 14- 302(A) l 1 ] Instrument creating property proposed for subdivision. The deed book and page number of the instrument whereby the property was created, as recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county. The deed book and page number for parcel C needs to be added to the plat. Parcel C was subdivided from parcel B by rural division. If the plat creating new parcel C was recorded, include the deed book and page number for new parcel C including a county assigned tax map and parcel number. 3. [14- 302(A) 15] Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. Add the names and addresses of each owner of record and holders of any easements affecting the property. New parcel C (5.627 acres) was subdivided from Parcel B by rural subdivision and approved by the County on 10/01/2010. The plat that created new parcel C needs to be recorded. New parcel C should have the new owners name and address. Add the deed and property information for new parcel C. 4. [14- 302(B) 5] Zoning classification. The zoning classification of the property, including all applicable zoning overlay districts, proffers, special use permits and variances. The zoning classification of parcel C needs to be added to the plat. If New parcel C is owned by some else, i.e. has been sold, the owners of new parcel C need to sign this plat. 5. [ 14- 302(B) 61 Tar map and parcel number. An assigned county tax map and parcel number for parcel C needs to be added to the pat. As noted above, a rural subdivision plat was approved by the county on 10/01/2010 (SUB2010 -110). Has the plat been recorded?
