RE: Equipment Specs
Thank you for the additional information. This fills in the gaps sufficiently to explain the operations. I will recommend
approval to the Zoning Clearance.

Subject: Equipment Specs
Glenn,
At Customink we will be using primarily 4 types of equipment:
• Brother 541 Inkjet Garment Printer — Inkjet printheads, for printing on cotton garments, which are then "cured"
in a manual heat press to bring the ink temp to 350 degrees F.
• Brother 782 Inkjet Garment Printer —same as above, but for printing on dark colored shirts
http: / /www. brother -usa. com /GarmentPrinters /ModeIDetaiI .aspx ?ProductlD= BGT5410B0000002
http:/ /www. brother- usa.com /GarmentPrinters /gt782 landing.aspx
• Manual and automatic clamshell heat presses for the above printers
http: / /hotronix.com/
• M &R manual screen printing presses — manually operated carousel, with a heated flash unit to provide an initial
cure
httP://www.mrprint.com/en/ProductOverview.aspx?id=101
• M &R Radicure garment dryer —belt driven oven (similar to an oversized pizza oven) for taking ink temp to 250
degreees F.
http: / /www.mrprint. com /en /productoverview.aspx ?id =52 &product= name- radicure
This equipment is pretty basic, and will be found in pretty much every screenprinting shop. We have no current plans
for forklifts or other powered lift, just pallet jacks.
Let me know if you have any questions or need anything else.
Thanks,
Don Churms
