The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or recommend approval of
the boundary line adjustment plat referred to above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)5] Public Easements: Is a deed of dedication going to be prepared for the new 20' foot waterline
easement dedicated to the service authority considering the fact that the waterline and easement will be
relocated with the final plat?
2. [14 -302 (B)7] Reservoir Watershed: Moore's Creek is not a water supply watershed i.e. not a reservoir
watershed. Please change the note on the plat to read that the property is not within an Albemarle County
and/or City of Charlottesville water supply watershed.
3. [14 -303 (C)] Boundary lines: Per our discussions, the applicant has decided to exclude the Donna Jordan
property from this boundary line adjustment application, therefore, it is understood that Tax Map and Parcel
90 -351 will not be part of this boundary line adjustment. Please revise.
4. [14- 303(D)] Acreage of lots: The acreage summary data on sheet 2of 2 will have to be revised to reflect
the exclusion of Tax Map 90 Parcel 351 (Donna Jordan Property).
5. Please add the subdivision number SUB2010 -163 to the plat for present and future reference.
