(Rev. 2) Comment has been addressed. 8. The sequence does not include the installation of Sediment Trap #1. Please revise (Rev. 1) Comment has been addressed. 9. It appears that the perimeter controls for this site are being utilized inefficiently. Engineering recommends that a meeting be held to reach a more structured solution to the E &S design of this site. (Rev. 1) Comment has not been addressed. It seems that the sediment trap can be moved towards the inlet by the entrance. The plans show limits of disturbance around that area by the proposed curbed island. According to the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook, all construction entrances must drain to a sediment trap and it would seem that this is the most efficient spot for it. In addition, a right -of -way diversion should be installed to help dirent the runoff to the trap.
