The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or recommend approval of
the final plat above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 303(S)] Control points. At least four (4) control points, evenly distributed across the property and
located at survey property corners, and shown on each sheet depicting the property. At the option of the
subdivider, the control points may be shown on a copy of the final plat, rather than on the original finalplat.
2. [14 -317] If the subdivision will contain one (1) or more improvements that are not to be maintained by the
county or any authority or other public agency, the subdivider shall submit with the final plat an instrument
assuring the perpetual maintenance of the improvement. The instrument shall be subject to review and
approval by the county attorney and shall be in a form and style so that it may be recorded in the office of
the clerk of the circuit court of the county. The agent may require that the instrument be on a form prepared
by the county attorney. Submit a road maintenance agreement for the new 30 foot Private Street that shall be
subject to review and approval by the county attorney. As stated above, the road maintenance agreement
shall be in a form and style so that it may be recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court.
