Subject: SUB - 2010 -166- Old Trail Block 3B- Revised Lot 4- Final Plat
The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14 -302 (A)(1)] Name of subdivision. The application number is SUB2010 -166. Revise
the note to state this.
2. [14 -303 (A)] Statement of consent to division. The note must read verbatim the following:
"The division of the land described herein is with the free consent and in accordance with
the desire of the undersigned owners, proprietors and trustees. Any reference to future
potential development is to be deemed as theoretical only. All statements ffixed to this
plat are true and correct to the best of my knowledge."
3. [14 -3 -3 (S)] Control points. Show at least four (4) control points, evenly distributed
across the property located at survey property corners.
