(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [32.5.6 (c)] Remove all references to "Phase 2 ". The County cannot approve the plan showing another phase without the details and review of that phase. Revl: Comment addressed. 2. [32.6.6 (j)] Provide the cutsheets for all the proposed lighting fixtures in the plan set. Revl: Comment addressed. 3. [32.7.9.4 (b)] Revise the limits of clearing on the Landscape sheet. It is not shown correctly, and needs to follow the grading and clearing limits. Revl: Comment not addressed. See sheet L1.0 in the rear of the property, there is wooded edge shown going through grading. Please revise and check all the wooded edge on that sheet to be certain non is going through grading. 4. [32.7.9.4 (c)(1)] Indicate the general type (evergreen or deciduous) of the wooded area(s). Revl: Comment addressed. 5. [32.7.9.4 (c)(2)] Indicate the common name, approximate caliper and location of any small groups of trees and individual trees of six (6) inch caliper or greater, if any are located on the property. Revl: Comment not adequately addressed. This section states: "The agent may require that any or all such features be preserved upon determination following a site inspection, that the features contribute significantly to the character of the Albemarle County landscape and that the preservation of such features is necessary to satisfy the purpose and intent of this chapter." In order to determine the features as stated, any trees that are 6 inches in caliper or greater that are being removed and are located in the limits of clearing must be identified. Any wooded area that is not being disturbed does not need to show the location of the trees and just needs to be identified as you have done on the plan. 6. [32.7.9.8 (c)] Provide the screening details for the dumpster area. If a fence or wall is not provided, landscape screening in accordance with this section is required. Revl: Comment addressed. Additional Comments: 1. 132.7.9.4 (b)] Provide the attached conservation plan checklist on the Landscape Plan. This checklist must be filled out and signed and put on the Landscape sheet.
