[Sec. 14 -211, Sec. 14- 212(A)] Please provide a verification of family division. A copy of an affidavit, deed, letter from attorney stating; grantee, grantor and their relationship; and certifying that this is a Family Division in accordance with Sec. 14- 208 and related provisions of the Albemarle County Code. 2. [Sec. 14- 212(8) & 14 -316] VDOT approval of entrance onto public road is required. 3. [Sec. 14 -309] Please provide soil evaluations. 4. [Sec. 14 -310] Health Department approval is required for proposed lots.
