Subject: SUB2011 -1 Payne — Family Division
The Planner for the County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or
recommend approval of the subdivision plat referred to above once the following comments
have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to
the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances (Chapter 14 of Albemarle County Code) unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [Sec. 14 -211, Sec. 14- 212(A)] Please provide a verification of family division. A copy
of an affidavit, deed, letter from attorney stating; grantee, grantor and their
relationship; and certifying that this is a Family Division in accordance with Sec. 14-
208 and related provisions of the Albemarle County Code.
2. [Sec. 14- 212(8) & 14 -316] VDOT approval of entrance onto public road is required.
3. [Sec. 14 -309] Please provide soil evaluations.
4. [Sec. 14 -310] Health Department approval is required for proposed lots.
