The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or recommend approval of the final subdivision plat referred to above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14 -316] The subdivider shall submit, prior to or with the final plat, evidence satisfactory to the agent that the entrance of the principal means of access for each lot onto any existing or proposed public street complies with Virginia Department of Transportation standards. Please provide evidence that VDOT has approved the proposed private street entrance off Stoney Pointe Pass [State Route 6001. 2. [14 -317] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. If the subdivision will contain one (1) or more improvements that are not to be maintained by the county or any authority or other public agency, the subdivider shall submit with the final plat an instrument assuring the perpetual maintenance of the improvement. Please submit a road maintenance agreement for the proposed 30' foot private access easement.
