All drainage easements shown on the plat as dedicated to public use must be accompanied by a deed of easement. Please let me know if you need a deed of easement template and I will be happy to provide one. 2. Per condition #7 of SP2002 -72: greenway paths shall be set apart on the plat with a notation that the pathways are dedicated to public use. Two pathways to the greenway area need to be dedicated to public use. Please show both pathways, and add a notation stating that the pathways are dedicated to public use. 3. This application was previously submitted under SUB2010 -99. I will try to get this application voided and the application fee refunded. For future reference, please use SUB2010 -99.
