The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or recommend
approval of the boundary line adjustment plat referred to above once the following comments have
been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the
Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. All drainage easements shown on the plat as dedicated to public use must be accompanied by a
deed of easement. Please let me know if you need a deed of easement template and I will be
happy to provide one.
2. Per condition #7 of SP2002 -72: greenway paths shall be set apart on the plat with a notation
that the pathways are dedicated to public use. Two pathways to the greenway area need to be
dedicated to public use. Please show both pathways, and add a notation stating that the
pathways are dedicated to public use.
3. This application was previously submitted under SUB2010 -99. I will try to get this application
voided and the application fee refunded. For future reference, please use SUB2010 -99.
