Subject: Conditional Engineering Approval of Westhall Phase V
Good Afternoon,
Engineering has reviewed the latest submittal of the construction set for Westhall Phase V (WPO- 2010 -00062 and SUB -
2008- 00138), received 11 February 2011. All technical comments have been addressed and engineering review hereby
grants conditional approval to the ESC, SWM, and Road and Drainage Plans. The approval of these plans is conditioned
on:
• the recordation of the SWM facility maintenance agreement (for both parcels);
• the payment of the pro -rata share for the Lickinghole Basin Fee (computed to be $9,945.25); and
• the recordation of all offsite easement plats.
Before a grading permit can be obtained,
• the final plat must be signed by the county;
• all bonds (SWM, ESC, Road, and Water and Sewer) must be posted;
• the first year permit and inspection fee must be paid; and
• all other conditions contained in the first list must be attended to.
To receive bond estimates for the plan, please submit a complete Bond Estimate Request Form to the County Engineer
along with a $250 fee. In order to pay the road bond for the project, a Schedule of Completion must be approved by the
County Engineer.
Additional copies of the plan will be needed for the inspectors' files. An additional two copies of the full plan will be
needed for the ESC inspector along with two sets of just the updated ESC sheets (ESC -2A and ESC -2). One copy of the
SWM plan (T -1, S -1, DP -1, DP -2, DP -3, SWM -1 through SWM 5 -A, and DP -6) is needed for the SWM inspector. Two
copies of the Road Plan (all sheets except for those starting with SWM or ESC) will be needed for the permanent road
plan file.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Phil
