You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and listed above, will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will require a new application and additional review. The wall sign approvals outlined in the August 30, 2010 letter are superseded by the approvals in this letter. ® This ARB approval is only one approval required prior to installing a sign.
