(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [32.5.6 (b); Code of Development- Page 30] The maximum lot coverage for this block is 60 %. Lots 2 and 11 do not meet this requirement. Revise to meet this requirement. 2. [Code of Development - Application Plan] When this plan was submitted as a preliminary Staff had stated that in order to be in accord with the NMD that the plan and units must create a "front" onto Golf Drive. This plan does not address this. Please submit the unit type elevations, and revise the plan to include a "front" with sidewalks off of Golf Drive. 3. [32.7.9.6 (b)] The street tree proposed (Trident Maple) for Golf Drive is not a large or medium street tree. Choose a tree that is listed as a large or medium tree from our recommended plant list. 4. [32.5.6 (n)] Sidewalks are required on both sides of the street in the development areas. Revise to include sidewalks on both sides of the proposed street. 5. ARB approval is required.
