The County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or recommend approval of the Easement
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302.B.7] Reservoir watershed; Agricultural- Forestal District. A notation as to whether the land is within
an Albemarle County and/or City of Charlottesville water supply watershed or an agricultural- forestal
district. The property is in the Lickinghole Creek Water Supply Watershed but is not in an
Agricultural Forestal District. Add this note to the plat.
2. [14- 303.H &I] Per our phone discussion, please add monuments and /or bearing and distance ties onto the
plat so we can have an idea as to where you are tying the easement measurements shown on the plat.
3. The correct road name is RAVEN STONE ROAD. This was changed from Woodpecker Way and the
Board of Supervisors approved the new road name as Raven Stone Road. Please revise the road name on
the plat.
4. There is a 70 -foot drainage easement shown on the plat. Is the easement private or public? If public, please
include a deed book and page number or submit a deed of dedication for the easement.
