If it is a non profit all I will need is a letter from the Albemarle Police Dept. stating that they will be in charge of traffic control during this event. If this is for profit, they will have to submit a land use permit along with the fee and the letter from the police, and the race is not to be held until the permit is in hand. Thanks John W.
