A. Erosion & Sediment Control plan (WP0201100020)
1. Please provide a staging and parking area.
2. Please provide culvert inlet protection (CIP) on all existing and proposed culverts.
3. The riser anchor specifications must be shown of the sediment basin details.
4. Access to the sediment basin must be shown or a second construction entrance must be provided
for the separate limits of disturbance. Alternatively, the sediment basin can be included in the first
limits of disturbance.
5. Please extend the silt fence on sheet C 1.0 up to around station 76 +00.
6. It appears that not all area of disturbance are included in the drainage areas on sheet C2.2 and
C2.3. Please revise.
On sheet C2.3, please change from SB #2 to SB #1.
It appears that the invert-in for the riser is incorrect. Please revise.
9. Plans must be signed and sealed prior to plan approval.
Once these comments have been addressed, please submit two (2) copies of the revised plans, calculations,
and narratives to Current Development Engineering.
