(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [18.20B.3 (E)] Building entrances. It appears from the submitted plans that the "primary" entrance is in the rear of the building. Please provide information such as elevations that show the front of the building and that the entrance shown will be the primary entrance. 2. [18.20B.4 (D)] Screening from public streets. Figure 5 in the Downtown Crozet District requires a 10 foot setback from the right -of -way from public streets. Revise to meet this requirement for Ellison Street. Also, vegetative screening or an opaque wall must be provided between the parking and the public streets. The screening can be shown during final site plan, however there needs to be the 10 foot setback shown. 3. [32.5.6 (i)] Since the public roads are not dedicated yet, an access easement will need to be acquired before approval of the final plan.
