The County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or recommend approval of the boundary
line adjustment plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [ 14- 302(A)9] Building sites on proposed lots. The location, area and dimensions of a building site on each
proposed lot complying with the requirements of section 4.2 of the zoning ordinance. The building site note
needs to be corrected. The note references T.M. 19 -15C instead of T.M 29 -15C. Please revise.
2. [14- 302(B)7] Reservoir watershed; agricultural forestal district. A notation as to whether the land is within
an Albemarle County and/or City of Charlottesville water supply watershed or an agricultural - forestal
district. The subject property (29 -15C) is in an Agricultural Forestal district. I will research the rules that
relate to land in the agricultural forestal district and whether boundary line adjustments are allowed.
