The Erosion & Sediment Control Plans (WPO201100018) submitted 22 April 2011 has received
Engineering Review and meets Albemarle County minimum checklist items for engineering
approval. This project will be filled under the WPO200900074 "Albemarle Place Town Center"
project as an amendment.
County View database shows a deficit in review fee requirements of $180.00 for
WPO201100018 "Albemarle Place ".
Once the E &SC bond and back fees have been posted, you may contact the Department of
Community Development to arrange a pre - construction meeting with a County Erosion &
Sediment Control Inspector. Should the County Inspector find the limits of disturbance
increased or the need for additional control measures required to protect the site, additional fees
will be required.
[17- 204.G] An approved erosion and sediment control plan shall be void if the owner fails to obtain a
grading, building or other permit for activities involving land disturbing activities within one (1) year after
the date of the approval.
