A. Erosion & Sediment Control plan (WP0201100028)
1. Please provide sediment trap design computation summaries for Sediment Traps #1, #3, and #5.
2. Please provide a sediment trap detail.
3. Please provide Dust Control (DC) to both stages of the project.
4. Please extend the diversion dike on the west side of the site so all of the run from the construction
entrance can be captured.
5. Please provide outlet protect to the pipes entering Sediment Trap #3.
6. It appears that some of the proposed contours on stage 2 of the E &S plans do not tie in to existing
contours. Please revise.
7. The construction entrance must be the first thing to be installed. Please revise the Zone B -Stage 1
— Erosion Control Sequence.
8. Zone B — Stage 2 ( #6) of the Erosion Control Sequence states the construction of the bridge to
connect A and B. It appears that this work is not within the limits of disturbance. In addition, a
Utility Stream Crossing must be provided for this work. However, if what is proposed is just the
abutment of the bridge, then please state that on the plans
9. Please provide a temporary construction easement from TMP: 32 -50 for the work being done by
the construction entrance, In addition, please provide a drainage easement for the pipe discharging
to the off -site BMP.
B. Stormwater Management plan (WP0201100028)
1. A completed copy of the standard stormwater maintenance agreement and fee for recordation for
any stormwater management facility must be submitted prior to plan approval.
2. Please provide a Simple Methods Spreadsheet illustrating the removal rates of pre- and post -
development in Zone B.
Once these comments have been addressed, please submit two (2) copies of the revised plans, calculations,
and narratives to Current Development Engineering.
