The ESC amendment plan to the Albemarle Place construction plan (WPO- 2011 - 00034) for the expanded
limits of construction found in the field, received 3 June 2011, is hereby approved because a review was
not performed within the state mandated 45 -day period per 17- 204.D. When the plans were entered into
our tracking system an incorrect received date was keyed in.
The now approved amendment increases the overall limits of disturbance in Phase I in the northern and
western areas of the development. Having driven past the site several times in the past few weeks, it
appears that the conditions in the field do not match this plan (or the originally approved plan) due to the
grading the contractor has performed to install the offsite storm sewer line. The contractor and the County
Inspection Division should continue to work out adequate protection measures in the field as conditions
and topography change during construction.
Another modification that has been made to the plan is the addition of two construction entrances off of the
existing Sperry Marine Access Road. Please note that these two entrances will need washracks and a water
source, per the detail on Sheet C -21 of the original Albemarle Place ESC plan (WPO- 2011 - 00018), to keep
dirt off of the pavement.
No adjustment to the bond will be necessary.
