Subject: SDP201100039 Enterprise- Minor Amendment
The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
1. [32.5.6] Show/bubble all improvements to the site that have changed since the original
site plan. Including the new paving /gravel area that is shown as existing on the plan.
2. [32.5.6] The original site plan referenced is incorrect. It should be SDP1979 -025.
3. [32.5.6] Clearly define the parking spaces in the table. There should be a line for existing,
one for proposed, and one for required, and then the total. See Francis MacCall in Zoning
for parking needed determination.
4. [32.5.6] Label the all the new material, including what material the retaining wall will be.
5. [32.7.9] Provide tree canopy calculations in accordance with this section. 10% tree
canopy coverage shall be provided for commercial uses.
6. [4.12] All parking and travelways must comply with this section in the zoning ordinance.
