The Subdivision Plan (SUB201100065) submitted 14 June 2011 has received Engineering Review
and does not appear to meet Albemarle County minimum checklist items for approval. Please
adequately address the following comments for final approval:
1. Please submit road plans and profiles with Application and fee for review.
2. VDOT approval may be required due to increase in traffic onto public roadway.
3. Title of plan does not appear correct.
4. Building setbacks do not appear to meet requirements.
5. Stormwater drainage easements are a minimum 20' in width or
EASEMENT WIDTH = DIAMETER + 2' + 2 M -51) + 10' (20' AIHN.)
Once these comments have been addressed, please submit 2 copies of the revised plans, calculations, and
narratives to Current Development Engineering.
