The site development plan (SDP201100042) submitted 14 June 2011 have received Engineering
Review and do not appear to meet Albemarle County minimum checklist items for approval.
Please adequately address the following comments for final approval:
1) Plan sheet has 2 slightly different titles and need to be corrected to just one for filing, bonding and
general records management.
2) All topography should beat least visually field verified by the designer within the last year. [18-
32.6.6, 14-302]
3) Sidewalks abutting parking will be 6' wide (exclusive of curb) or bumper blocks will be
shown/provided. Please see detail in design manual.
4) Please show Stormwater Profiles and computations for final approval.
5) Asphalt trail does not appear to meet the minimum standards as set forth in the design manual.
Stormwater Management and Mitigation Plan
1) Stormwater detention appears addressed by the existing pond system; however, stormwater quality
is not. Please show how the Stormwater quality will be addressed for both the commercial and
residential portions of site plan.
2) WPO application, fee and plans are required for final approval.

[17-204.f] An application for an erosion and sediment control plan that requires modifications, terms, or conditions to be
included in order for it to be approved shall be deemed to be withdrawn if the owner fails to submit a revised plan addressing the
omitted modifications, terms or conditions within six (6) months after the owner is informed of the omitted information as
provided under paragraph (B).
