The County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or recommend approval of the boundary
line adjustment plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [14- 303(C)] Boundary lines. The exterior boundary lines of the property with bearings in degrees, minutes
and seconds. Curvilinear data shall include radius, central angle, arc length, and tangent distance. All
dimensions shall conform to the standards set forth in this chapter. Please show the revised boundary
information for the southern boundary line of TMP 128A1 -43B- residue.
