(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [32.5.6 (a)] The `Proposed Development' table is missing /doesn't reflect what is shown on the site plan. The amount of retail proposed is not shown in the table. The amount of townhouses is incorrect, as well as the total units. Also, the square feet of non residential should be the office area, and then the retail should be shown in the next column over. 2. [32.5.6 (a)] The note for non - residential uses on the cover sheet should be changed to reflect that it is Block 3, and they 3C and 3A are phases of Block 3, not separate blocks. 3. [32.5.6 (b)] Label the loading space for the commercial /retail building. 4. [32.5.6(b)] Zoning will need to approve the shared parking agreement. If that is approved, the parking required and provided will need to be shown/ put on the plan.
