The County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or recommend approval of the boundary
line adjustment plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. Please note the width of Route 706 on the plat
2. [14- 302(A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. Revise the note concerning development rights
to read as follows, 'Tax Map 89 Parcels 2389 and 23C each have one development right and may not be
further divided'.
3. [14- 302(A)(15)] Identification of all owners. Please include the address of each owner.
4. [14 -309] Soil Evaluations. Please verify that the approved primary and reserve drainfields for TMP 89 -23C
are not located on Area A.
