[14- 302(A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. Please provide the width of Beckoning Ridge Road. 2. [14- 302(A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. Revise the note concerning development rights as follows: "Tax Map /Parcel 59 -29 retains its previously assigned 1 development right and may not be further divided. The residue of Tax Map /Parcel 59 -29C is a 21 -acre parcel retaining no development rights and may not be further divided." 3. [14- 302(8)(10)] Stream buffers. No stream buffer is present on the subject parcels. Therefore, the stream buffer note on Sheet 1 isn't required.
